  • According to our 20years++ experience, most of the customer either buy wrong products, or some item miss out during deployment stage
  • AlgoLab will conduct a Free of charge detailed investigation session with customer before any purchase is concluded, this is to make sure no surprises and smooth project deployment
  • In many cases, customer buy CCTV, Alarm, Door Access, they neglected the user access control, or in worst cases, the Person in charge left the company or house, but still gain access to the premise
  • In order to made your security adoption meaningful, AlgoLab would be your Access Control Consultant, as well as we are your last line of defence under this situation, We also working closely with Police Department of Malaysia to draft a framework of access control to cover this gap
  • Majority of the CCTV, Alarm and Door Access supplier, they do not care about this, they will try to convince you do start work asap. This may end up the wiring and design not being done according to your needs, this may jeopardize your renovation works too.
  • We will advise you when is the best time for us to start work, if necessary, we will need to split up our installation works into 2 or 3 session.
  • It is part of our free consultation to make sure there are no blind spot, best angle of cameras, correct sensors used, practical installation of door access for your security adoption
  • Most installer only tell you project completed, but the project doesn’t really handover in proper manner.
  • We will manage it once your confirm your project, from Jobsheet to preparation to project sign off and maintenance reminders, warranty alerts
  • That also means, after 5 years, we still keep important data of your design, we still be able to support you in the event system breakdown. Samething goes for warranty check, password reset
  • Some of the installation works can be covered by your own team, we are flexible to adopt this and lower down your cost, simply means, we are ok for customer to “DO it half yourself”
